Baking your scones is just as easy as ordering and eating them...
To start, place scones on a lightly buttered or oiled sheet pan keeping space between each scone.
For a conventional oven, set the temperature to 350 degrees. Then, bake your full size scones for 35-40 minutes, until they are golden brown along the edges.
If you are using a convection oven, set the temperature to 325 degrees and bake your full size scones for 14-20 minutes.
Cooking time may vary depending on your oven temperature.
For the topping: before baking egg wash and sprinkle with sugar OR after baking brush with powdered sugar glaze. (see recipe below)
Powdered Sugar Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar & 1 to 2 tablespoons milk or cream depending on desired consistency. Mix together until creamy. Enjoy!
